Lizabeth Flood is a critically acclaimed jazz vocalist, songwriter, and classically trained pianist. A native Washingtonian, she has been singing and playing the piano in Washington area venues for over three decades. Lizabeth Flood’s repertoire consists of thousands of songs from the 20th century to the present. Specialties include jazz standards, tunes of Tin Pan Alley and original arrangements. She also performs classical music as well as her own compositions.

Lizabeth is a performing member of the Washington Choral Arts Society. Performance venues include The Kennedy Center, The Myerhoff Symphony Hall, Wolf Trap, Strathnore Hall, International Music Festival in Spoletto Italy, Royal Albert Hall in London, England and Carnegie Hall. Summer of 2005. South American Tour included the Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires, Argentina and the Teatro Municipal and Candelaria Church in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. New Zealand Tour with Washington Women’s Chorus June, 2007.

Lizabeth has recorded vocal tracks for Bravo’s Emmy Award nominated television series, “The Awful Truth”.
Lizabeth owns Jasmine Terrace Publishing Company and is affiliated with BMI.

The McCoy Grand Theatre in Moorefield , West Virginia was used July 10, 2009 as a set for this music video. The song, "Love's too Risky" was written by Lizabeth Flood and filmed by Mathias residents Ray and Rich Schmitt of Real Earth Productions in Mathias.
